Delivery and Assembly/Installation
We ensure the delivery of the containers (dwelling cells) and assembly of the configuration upon the customer prepared foundations.
Conditions of guarantee:
The seller provides the following guarantees:
- Electric components are guaranteed for a period of 24 months.
- Coating composition (resistance and permanence) is guaranteed for a period of 72 months.
This guarantee ceases in the following events:
- in the event of damage of the paint system the by the seller
- in the event of any unauthorized reparation of the paint system
- in the event of authorised reparation, that a wrong paint system was used or the paint system was applied on an oxidized surface
For the installed electrical appliances, the seller provides the following guarantees:
- Electrical appliances are guaranteed for a period of 24 months.
This guarantee only applies to the defects resulting from normal usage of the building.
This guarantee does not apply to possible defects originated from damaging of the single units by a wrong maintenance and manipulation, and damage resulting from usage not intended by the manufacturer.
